Drafting and negotiating agreements under Section 38 and Sectin 278 HIghways Act 1980 and Section 106 Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

Local Authority administrative, legal and statutory procedures including enforcement proceedings, listed building control, revocation, Article 4 Directions, advertisement control and highways.

Advising on rights of way closures and diversions, Definitive Map orders and inquiries.

Administering public inquiries in respect of retail, residential and leisure proposals.

Assisting on Judicial Review and Statutory Review challenges in the High Court.

Submission of planning applications.

Planning appeals including appeals by way of written representations appeals against enforcement notices and the co-ordination of public inquiries.

Advising on and assisting with the completion of necessary agreements/licences under the Highways Act 1980.

Preparing and submitting applications for lawful development certificates and gathering supporting documents.

Advising on Local Plan representations , planning policies and proposals.
