We are pleased to have assisted a private landowner in obtaining outline permission at appeal for 80 dwellings in Humberston.
Our team managed the appeal, advising on the scope of the evidence and assembling the consultant team. We also assisted in the preparation of appeal statements relating to a range of topics, including ecology, and landscape impacts.
This success follows our acting for Snape Properties in obtaining permission on appeal for a major residential scheme in Grimsby earlier in the year. Working alongside counsel and the wider project team, Kellie Hainsworth assisted in the preparation of detailed evidence relating to transport and architectural matters, and advised the client at the appeal hearing. Kellie also led in successfully obtaining an award of costs in favour of the client.
