Acting for housebuilders, retailers, student accommodation providers, and renewables companies in respect of planning appeals and call-ins, including cases proceeding by way of public inquiry

Drafting and negotiating Section 106/278 agreements for a local planning authority to support the delivery of strategic urban extensions consisting of over 2000 dwellings

Advising an acquiring authority on the making, confirmation, and implementation of a compulsory purchase order to deliver a £45 million regeneration scheme

Acting for a land promotor in successfully defending two separate judicial reviews issued against a grant of permission

Advising in respect of enforcement notice appeals, we well as acting for defendants to planning and environmental prosecution proceedings

Coordination of compensation claims arising from compulsory purchase proceedings, including advising upon applications for certificates of appropriate alternative development
