He works on behalf of public authorities, developers and utility companies

Advising on major employment proposals including Thorpe Park, Leeds (1.8 m sq ft) and Redhouse, Doncaster (2m sq ft)

Advising Eon and Roger Bullivant Limited on major housing scheme for 2,500 dwellings including negotiations of Section 106 Agreement

Advice in relation to promotion of sites/allocations in Local Plans and attendance at Examinations in Public

Advising on judicial review and statutory challenges in the High Court
